THE OPPORTUNITY/OVERVIEW:
Assuras is a growing consultancy company looking for a competent Director of Sales. You will be responsible for supervising all sales operations for our company. Other duties include creating sales reports, hitting sales goals, calculating product sales profits etc. You will be responsible for hitting our annual sales goals within designated accounts and areas in this job. We require a self- driven expert with solid organizational credentials and a successful track record in sales.

JOB DUTIES:
Creating and implementing strategic action plans to meet sales goals.
Building long-lasting connections with clients to increase their loyalty.
Establishing and promoting weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinating with clients to better comprehend their demands and objectives for their
businesses.
Generating accurate and thorough sales reports.
Maintain a close eye out for regional and national market trends.
Determining selling prices by evaluating costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Calculating the sales volume and profit of both new and existing products.
Evaluating business performance during a monthly meeting with sales managers.
Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans through analyzing market trends and
performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related fields.
Strong analytical skills
Comprehensive understanding of marketing standards and practices.
Ability to handle several projects and meet deadlines
Outstanding leadership and negotiating skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving skills
WORK EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five to seven years of experience in a similar role. You must have a proven background in sales roles. Any additional courses, certificates, or projects will be a bonus.
